You may or may not already know, Great Annual Savings have a special relationship with Spennymoor Town football club. As a main sponsor of the club, we offer our cost saving expertise across multiple services, which you can read all about in our Spennymoor case study.
When the team won promotion to the Vanarama National League North, we were inspired to go that extra mile and help improve the club in any way we could. As mentioned previously we already help the club save money on energy, water, telecoms, insurance and waste, so we had to think outside the box and see what else we could do.
Our idea came from our in-house web designer, who had already rebuilt this very website you’re using now and saved Great Annual Savings over £8,000 a year on agency fees. We thought if we can do that for ourselves, then we can do the same for Spennymoor!
The old website was designed and built by Discovery Design, based in Durham, who did a brilliant job and will continue to host the Website for us. Going forward though, we will maintain and update the website ourselves, which will reduce the club’s monthly outgoings and also give us more control and quicker turn-around times.
Spennymoor Town have recently had a make-over at the Brewery Field ground with the help from Aztec Printing and now, with the help from us, their website has also had a make-over.

I’m looking forward to the new season starting and getting down to a few games, especially the games against Salford and FC United of Manchester.”
