Great Annual Savings Group (GAS) Business Solutions Manager Stuart Graham has been elected by members to be the new President of Sunderland’s Business Network International (BNI) chapter.
Stuart, pictured above with Jason Waite of Waite Accountants and Damien Todd from Sweeney Miller, has been attending the chapter for over 12 months and made such an impression on the other members of the global business network that he was asked to lead the “Promenade” chapter.
BNI chapters are renowned for their strict code of business ethics and a commitment to generate mutual benefit through ‘word-of-mouth’ referrals. A Sunderland resident, Stuart will chair meetings and look to build on the chapter’s track record of delivering high-quality B2B leads between its members and beyond.
Following the announcement, Stuart said: “It’s a great honour to be so heavily involved after a relatively short period time with the chapter.
“BNI is a world-renowned organisation, promoting excellence in networking and referrals to drive action. That’s what I intend to do with my time as President and I hope it can be a fruitful period for our chapter.
“I’ve seen first-hand how members have substantially increased their business through our referrals and we already have plans in place to grow the chapter even further in the coming year.
“I’d urge anyone looking to drive business through networking to consider joining the BNI.”
