The Group’s recruitment drive has stepped up ANOTHER gear with the creation of new sales roles across the business.
We are now building a specialist eCommerce Sales Team, reporting into the Head of eCommerce, who will specialise in converting leads generated through our website and marketing activity. Also, we are looking to increase the number of BSM Team Managers in our UK&I Sales Team to facilitate further growth and maintain the outstanding levels of support we offer our staff.
The Business Solutions Manager (eCommerce) roles will be responsible for growing our share of the market and generating sales from our online activity.
The eCommerce Team Manager will manage a team of BSMs and will be responsible for continually optimising the online buying journey for our customers, while motivating their staff to hit challenging but achievable monthly targets.
These exciting roles have been created as part of our growing Marketing and eCommerce division and will work from our stunning head office in Seaham, County Durham.
The BSM Team Manager role will also manage a team of BSMs, playing a key role in the shaping of this team, from recruitment to attending senior level meetings and discussing strategy and data.
