Great Annual Savings Group (GAS) is delighted to announce that its nine Apprentices have today completed their first year with the Group, achieving their NVQ Level 2 qualifications.
Each of the nine young staff will now go on to specialise in their chosen professions at Level 3 over the next year.
They’ve had a busy few weeks recently, playing a key role in the selection of our second cohort of Apprentices starting in October, as well as carrying out their day-to-day duties and completing their qualifications.
GAS is a major supporter of Apprenticeships and has been vocal about the value they can add to businesses in the past. This belief remains strong, with three new Apprentices set to join the Group.
Judith Bennison, Group HR Director, said: “I’m sure all of our staff would agree that our nine Apprentices have become integral to the success of their various teams and the business itself.
“They’ve all bedded in well, worked hard and made substantial progress in their time at GAS, not just as professionals but also as people.
“We couldn’t be prouder of what both our Apprentices and the business have achieved together in the last year and we are excited to see if our combined achievements are recognised at October’s regional finals of the National Apprenticeship Awards, where we are shortlisted.”
Congratulations to the nine Apprentices. Here’s to another successful year.
