Developing a Culture Where Our People Can Thrive

The Great Annual Savings Team is absolutely at the heart of our business. We work incredibly hard to develop a team of top quality people with the potential to go far. Our industry is dynamic and competitive and we’re one of the fastest growing businesses in the area. The pace of our growth is reflective of the great services that we offer, but to ensure that we are able to keep up with the increasing demand from new and existing customers, we need to ensure that our culture supports the people who are contributing to our growth.

How do we do it? Importantly, we encourage team working and frequently hold social and team building events. We encourage our people to get involved in projects that sit outside of their job role, stimulating them whilst allowing them to build skills and learn. We encourage constructive challenge and reward innovation with our Great Ideas Matter (GIM) scheme. Of course, we also reward our people with a market leading package which some would describe as a wealth creation scheme. This is on top of a wide range of other benefits that all of our team members can enjoy.

Given the lengths we go to in creating such a fantastic team culture, we were particularly proud when we achieved Investors In People recently. We have also just brought a fantastic training provider on board, which will help us to further develop our team through the delivery of bespoke training programmes. This will give all of our people even greater opportunities to thrive.
