The essentials
Standard office hours with a 3pm finish on a Friday – the first local company in our sector to offer an improved work/life balance. Accept no imitations!
Financials; our basic salary is a direct reflection of your success in sales and could be anything from £25K to £50K, + uncapped commission + month-following incentive payments.
With your amazing financials, live the dream with between 34-36 days holiday, dependent on the Christmas break (includes Bank Holidays).

The role
We want the finished article in our people; someone able to generate new business through a mix of cold calling, referrals and networking, all from the comfort of our ‘soon to be finished’ state of the art head office. This is the full account management role, building long term relationships with your customers, whilst monitoring your performance against a range of KPIs and targets, typical of a sales environment.
What skills do you need to apply?
At least 2 years in a telephone-based sales role, with the ability to demonstrate success within these positions. Alternatively, success in field sales or face to face selling, but able to convince us that a move into an office/phone-based environment would suit your skills and allow you to thrive.
Might you be concerned about a lack of industry/technical knowledge? Don’t worry, we can teach you everything there is to know about cost-saving. What we can’t teach you is your ability to sell – that’s something you’ll need to bring to the table!
